Following the awards ceremony, Joel was invited to join the Trustees for lunch at Coutts Bank, where Executive Chef Peter Fiori created a special menu. We spoke with Joel about the lunch and caught up with Alessandro Fasoli regarding the value of holding the scholar’s lunch.
